Avatar Conditioning

Avatar conditioning and embodiment defines the technologically induced illusion of seeing an avatar in the location where one's

own physical body is normally experienced and having control over its body movements. There is large empirical

evidence to support that embodying an avatar leads to important attitudinal, behavioral, and cognitive changes.

These transformations can be used to improve health and psychological well-being.

Avatar Conditioning 1-to-1 Coaching
This option is for the individual who seeks 1-to-1 coaching & support through the avatar program.  We hold 1-to-1 sessions, building & creating your Avatar followed by personalised and enhanced strategies in the application of your Avatar for athletic high performance or life skills.  Coaching takes place over a series of six (6) sessions.

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE AVATAR CONDITIONING PROGRAM?

Avatar Conditioning is a powerful 5-part program combining;

• Enhanced visual imagery

• Deep wave meditation

• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques

• Human Behaviour - Psychology

• Conscious breathwork

• Soundwave & frequency tuning

All by design to achieve the peak performance mind.

For the student/athlete high performance outcomes may be considered academic or athletic focused.  The 5-part program teaches step-by-step how to visualise and anchor into your most powerful self with such precision your mind structures neural pathways accordingly.  Training, competition, performing, exams/assessments, singing, dancing - these are just some of the examples of where avatar skills are being applied by athletes and students.

Research shows, vivid first person enactments of mental rehearsal routines, in pursuit of specific and measurable targets, goals and outcomes, will entrench the mind with the imprint of your thoughts.  Like a stamp, your thoughts leave an imprint – this imprint wires neural pathways together allowing the mind to access signals faster and easier.  As they say - 'what fires together, wires together'.

Avatar conditioning, meditation, and visualisation refer to a set of practices that involve using visual and imaginative techniques to alter one's mental state and achieve various benefits for cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being.  These practices have been studied extensively in neuroscience, psychology, and medicine, and have been found to offer several benefits, including increased cognitive function, reduced stress and anxiety, resolved trauma, clearer communication, and improved memory retention and recall.

  A.   Research has shown that avatar conditioning, which involves visualising oneself as an idealised version of oneself (an avatar), can be a powerful tool for improving cognitive function. In one study, participants who underwent avatar conditioning demonstrated significant improvements in memory, attention, and decision-making abilities compared to a control group. This improvement in cognitive function was attributed to changes in neural activity in the prefrontal cortex, a region of the brain responsible for executive functions such as planning and decision-making.

  B.   Meditation, on the other hand, involves focused attention on a particular object, sound, or thought in the present moment. Regular meditation has been shown to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression by altering brain activity in areas associated with emotional regulation, such as the amygdala and insula. Meditation has also been found to improve cognitive function, making it easier for people to concentrate and focus their attention.

  C.   Visualisation, which involves creating vivid mental images of a desired outcome or situation, has been found to be an effective tool for reducing stress and anxiety levels. This technique has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces the body's stress response and promotes relaxation. Visualisation has also been used successfully to resolve traumatic memories and reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

In addition to these benefits, the usage and application of avatar conditioning, meditation, and visualisation can benefit everyone's life in several ways.

  • These practices can reduce stress and anxiety levels, allowing individuals to approach difficult situations with a greater sense of calm and clarity

  • They can also help individuals develop greater cognitive function and memory retention, making it easier for them to learn, process information, and solve problems.

  • By improving communication skills, individuals can express themselves more clearly and effectively, leading to stronger relationships and better outcomes in personal and professional settings.

Avatar conditioning, meditation, and visualisation offer a variety of benefits for cognitive, emotional, and physical well-being.  By incorporating these practices into their daily lives, individuals can reduce stress and anxiety, resolve trauma, and enhance communication and cognitive function.

These benefits stand to serve both individuals seeking to develop life skills or improved athletic

performance.

1-to-1 Coaching

"Nerves always held me back leading up to and during competition. Every time I would get close to competing, maybe a week out or so, I would be so distracted by my nervousness, it would stop me from focusing at training and it affected my sleep. It got to the point where I no longer wanted to train or race. I am passionate about my swimming, so quitting wasn’t really the decision I wanted to have to make. A mate of mine had been involved in a group-coaching workshop with Coop and passed along info about 1-to-1 coaching relating to the avatar for athletic performance training that he runs. It was a pretty easy decision to have a meeting with Coop, as I wanted to find out more and to see if this would be of any use to me. 6-weeks on and I am a different athlete, to be honest I don’t even know how I went as long as I did feeling so nervous. Coops education, coaching and guidance was personal and relevant and he showed me ways to better understand myself as an athlete. The deep visualisation work we did was so so fun and has changed my entire approach to training and racing. I don’t really want to recommend this as I don’t want my competitors to get wind of this opportunity but I have to say – if your thinking about connecting with Coop, DO IT! His broad understanding of mental high performance, uplifting energy and ability to pass along new knowledge was astonishing. Much appreciated, thanks again, Coop.”
